Secret history
February 21, 2002books on tape are my new favorite roadside companions. why hadn’t i thought of this before? they make early morning and late evening commutes enjoyable. even traffic doesn’t bother me, because i am hanging on words and imagining places far away from where i am. lisaann lent me the secret history by donna tart, and i finished it in three commutes. it was so good, i wanted to miss my exit just so i could hear the ending.
