We got a tree, after all. An adorable 4-foot-tall tree that sits in the corner of our apartment. The tiny tree has brought us lots of joy during this season of rushing to get work done, enduring city traffic, battling colds and flus and everything else that comes with this time of year.
We’re leaving town on Monday for a week, and I am so looking forward to game playing, story telling, treat eating, portrait partying and just being with our family in San Antonio.
Whatever you do this coming week, I hope you do it with a light heart, a peaceful mind, a big smile and a full tummy. Happy holidays, my friends.
