out of tune mojave 3 the lovely beth invited me to go with her to the show at the troubadour and now i am a convert. i bought this cd the next day--many of the songs they sang is on it--and listen to it all the time. |

red futon lea bult i almost bought this painting. it was hanging on the wall of an unassuming coffeehouse in grand rapids, michigan. i was with shmuel, who did buy two of this bright, talented 19-year-old's paintings. i didn't, though, and now i kind of wish i did. |

panini café marina del rey i found a place that serves free coffee refills and plays decent music. it's still smack dab in the center of an annoying stripmall, but it beats the coffee bean & tea leaf and starbucks that are on the other corners. |
