A handful of discoveries I made at Squam this year:
• Jonatha Brooke’s smooth & sultry voice. Her latest CD, The Works, features never-before-heard or recorded lyrics of Woody Guthrie.
• Judy (the) Wise. Just five minutes with her will give you a fresh and wonderful perspective on life.
• Susan Schwake. She paints, prints, teaches and runs a gallery. She does it all and she does it beautifully.
• Lovely bags, scarves & necklaces by Liz Lamoreux (I think we wiped out her inventory at the Squam Art Fair, so watch her Etsy store for more loveliness).
