Success
January 24, 2005Thanks for all your well wishes and prayers. Ethan’s surgery was a success, and he is slowly recovering. I haven’t seen him, and I may not for several weeks, but just knowing that his little heart is beating and his pink lips are curling up to a grin, makes me so happy.
Everything else is fine. I am going through my usual beginning-of-the-year soul searching and cleansing. I also chopped a couple inches off my hair. While the two aren’t really related, both are making me feel light and hopeful. Let’s see how long it lasts.
