up, down, all around
Looking down and up, as I wait for friends at Brand Park

As things start to get rushed and I start to get frazzled this season, I am trying to remember that I can press pause any time.

Yesterday, I sat in an empty park and spent 5 minutes watching the world around me. It was so calming and uplifting. I wondered why I hadn’t done it sooner.

Moments like those, I think, will be my saving grace.

I wish I could have met you at the park & this is a good lesson to remember.

  2. rama says:

mine too. thanks for reminding me.

  3. rama says:

    p.s., i love your feet.

  4. Irit says:

Christine, as always, you have moved me to tears.

Your concise musings say so much, and sum up my feelings exactly.

I wish you and your family a wonderful new year, full of joy and creativity.

By the way, maybe you can publish a book containing your short posts and lovely accompanying photos. I would certainly buy it. :-)
